These terms apply to all purchases from elegantarttreasures.com (“we”, “us”, “Elegant Art Treasures”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
Every piece is handmade. Small variations in pearl colour, size and finish are part of the craft and are not defects. Photos are representative; colours may look slightly different on your screen.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
3. Orders
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
4. Custom orders
Custom or made-to-order pieces are made to your request and are final sale.
5. Shipping
Processing times, delivery estimates, rates and customs details are on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
See our Returns & Exchanges policy (30 days from delivery).
7. Care
Please follow our Care Instructions. Damage caused by misuse, water, chemicals or normal wear is not covered.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, photos and text on this site belong to Elegant Art Treasures and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
